Meeting Winnie

I finally was well enough and so was mom that we could go meet my cousin Win. Nana Moo, mom and I went over to Rev and Kate's to meet the little guy. It was a fun time and what was best was a couple of things. I got to play with Miller pup and mommy and Nana got to help Win try the bumbo for the first time. Off to Mexico went Win to see Grandma Goat and Grandpa Win. He even has his own passport - Mom can I have one?

Amelia Island - Meeting Izzy

Well I got to go back to Florida and visit Nana and Ah-pa and what a fun weekend we had because mommy's friend Kelly and her husband Mike brought their 4 month daughter Izzy down. Kelly used to work with mommy at Target but moved back to Indy. (see the link to Izzy's blog for more pictures until mom can get them all up)


The weekend was priceless. It was beautiful and we spent time enjoying the beach and lovely restaurants for the adults in the evening. More to write....but all for now.

Valentine's Day 2008

Here I am at 15 months today. Here is what I love:

Straws - mom had to go out and buy me new sippy cups with straws. So much fun.

Remote controls and phones - especially the ones I am not supposed to play with.

Maddie - my best friend she always makes me laugh.

Joshua William Toso - Welcome to the Family!!!

Well he arrived and boy is he cute. Jason and Becky delivered a healthy and adorable baby boy, Joshua William Toso, on February 4th 2008.

Here are a few pictures of him. Can't wait to get Aly and Josh together with puppers for a photo shoot.

Sidetails

Some may call them pigtails but mommy calls them sidetails. And today for the first time I got to have sidetails. Mommy used to ask Ah-Pa for sidetails when she was little. So here I am with my hair all cute and wearing mommies necklace.

I really like the camera and you see I am smiling even though I was up at 4am this morning. Mom is not sure if its because I am so congested - another cold - or if I am growing? I sure am hungry all the time.

The weekend has been one to recover. I had a fever on Friday of over 103 - wowsers did I feel yucky. Luckily Grandma Goodie was there to give me a few baths until mom and dad got home. Mom took me to the doctor - just in case - on Saturday and sure enough - just another little cold virus. Mom and I sure seem to be racking up the colds for the year.

But the best part about not feeling well is all the snuggle time I get.

Off to Florida

Well the family made the trek to Florida this past weekend to visit Nana and Ah-Pa Griffin. We were happy to miss the record low temperatures in Minneapolis but spent most of the weekend relaxing inside as dad started back to school to get his contractors license and mom was recovering from Bronchitis.

Nana and Ah-Pa made sure I was all taken care of on my visit back to the Island. They got me some toys to play with, a chair just my size, a Dora blanket, a new outfit and my favorite Dora Tennis Shoes. All set for my trips to see them now.

A few highlights you will see in my slide show. I got to spend a little time in my new chair. I even could put my feet up to watch the football games and sesame street.

I also got to run around outside a few times. As you can see I am wearing my coat as it only was about 50 degrees while we were there. I also got to go back to the beach and play in the sand. I did a lot of pointing at the waves too.

I was a little squirmy for mom and dad on the way home but I was tired and wanted to see puppers real bad. Jason and Becky picked us up from the airport with puppers and off to home we went. Becky is going to be a mommy soon and I am excited to have a new friend.

Brrr its cold.

Looking forward to a few more weeks and then I get to go back to see Nana and Ah-Pa. I also get to meet mom's friend Kelly, Mike and little Izzy.

A new addition to the family

Cousin Reven and Katie Stephens welcomed Winfield Stephens on January 4th 2008. It is quite exciting to have a boy in the family now. Everyone is doing great and we are looking forward to meeting him very soon....
