20 months old

So some say time flies and for that I have to agree. Here we are in July of 2008 and celebrating Alyson's 20 months here with us. What a joy it has been to watch her grow and learn from everyone. I stopped to take some pictures of her tonight during bathtime. Amazing how that time has changed from a battle to a blast... Here are a few pictures from tonight just to show how big we are.

Next week she has a doctor's appointment and we are excited to get the update on our little miss.

For those of you who are not close to see Aly and witness all of the excitement, here are a few things we have started.

For one, we say our name when asked to repeat after mom and dad. Alyson sounds like Al-a-sin and jean sounds like that and noble - well that's harder so it sounds like ooh-ble... It will be fun to see how long it takes for us to get her to say her name when we say "Aly, say your name."

Also, we are very independent. We ask for Juice - said "JUU-ice - long "u" and want to go "side" = out side. She loves her blanket and puppy especially since we got rid of the nuke.
