Alyson's First Day

Once Aly arrived, there was much commotion as she scared us when her heart rate dropped and forced an emergency C-Section. Grandma Jane, Grandma Karolee, Auntie Mandy, Uncle Nicky, Auntie Lynny and Aunt Nancy were all there to greet mom as she came out of recovery.



Mom's first sighting of Alyson was when she was in the nursery with Daddy getting her first bath. At this point no one in the family knew what her name would be. Mom and dad had some time together with Alyson to make the final decision before the family came into the room to meet the new Noble Family.


Maddie Puppy spent the day at Grandma Jane's with her cousin Capone. She was a very good girl and made a card for Aly welcoming her to our family. She spent the rest of the week with Grandma and Grandpa and Grandpa Ed brought in new pupperlove pictures each day while we were at the hospital.




We had many more visitors that day including Uncle Jonathan who held Aly like a pro. He is so excited to babysit for his niece.








The day ended with Aly going to the nursery to sleep the night away. The nurses told us that she was the angel in the nursery waking when she needed a bottle or a new diaper. She is our angel.
